*UPDATE* 25th February, 2022
*COVID Procedure Update*
We at NVS are so excited for the promise of some return to normality over the coming weeks.
As of Monday, 28th February we will return to socially distanced consultations, in line with NSW Health guidelines.
This means we will welcome a maximum of TWO adults into the hospital with their pet for consultation with the Veterinarian.
Masks must be worn at all times when in the building.
Should the waiting room be at capacity when you arrive, our lovely receptionists will request that you wait outside or in your vehicle, and you will be called when space is available.
Unfortunately, we can not allow clients to wait in the hallway as this makes social distancing very difficult for clients arriving and leaving, as well as the other tenants in our building.
Please know that we will continue to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and care, to ensure our patients get the attention they need, and our humans are kept safe.
We can’t express how grateful we are to have such amazing, understanding clients, and we appreciate your continued support and compliance!
As this is an ever-changing situation, we will review and adjust our policies and procedures as needed in accordance with AVA and NSW Health guidelines. We will keep our community updated with any changes via our website, email, and on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Our full COVID-19 Policy can be found here.
